CrossFit

Our CrossFit classes are all about pushing your limits and having a blast while doing it. They're constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement classes for all abilities. It will incorporate a variety of gymnastics, weightlifting and metabolic conditioning usually in a WOD (workout of the day).

Beginner Workshop

New to Two Tails? No worries! We know CrossFit can seem daunting at first but we promise it doesn't need to be. Our beginner workshops will take you through the basics and get you confident to join in with any of our classes!

Gymnastics

These classes are heavily focussed on technique for the CrossFit gymnastic movements. They're great for if you're trying to master certain skills, hone your technique or build capacity in WODs.

Olympic Lifting

Focussing on the core lifts of snatch and clean & jerk, this fun class is perfect whatever your ability. Fine tune your technique, perfect your coordination and build strength to increase those lifting numbers.

Lungs not Guns Conditioning

These sessions are similar in structure to our CrossFit classes but without some of the more complex movements. Expect plenty of machine work, running and jumping. If you're looking for a more accessible workout, this is for you!

Rox Training

Whether you're training for competition, supplementing your CrossFit or just looking to improve your fitness. The workouts combine running, machine and functional fitness stations. Expect improvements across the board in strength, stamina, and overall athletic performance.

Team Training

Fancy a sociable team session, training for a team comp, or just want to partner up to get them to do most of the work? Our Team Training classes are fun and allow you to practice as a group. Team sizes depend on the WOD and may be in pairs or teams of 3, 4 or 5!

Open Gym

Whether you're looking to catch up on things you've missed in class, practice specific movements, work on mobility or just get in a bit of an extra sweat, our Open Gym sessions allow you the freedom to choose what you want to work on.
